Wellness Lifestyle Coaching
$540 for 1 year
Who? For anyone wishing to reach a healthy weight, maintain that loss and promote health. Research shows that loosing even 5% of your starting weight can: Reduce your chance of diabetes, heart disease, stroke & some cancers, Lower blood pressure, Improve sleep quality, Reverse insulin resistance, Feel better, Look better, Build self-confidence.
What will I do? Identify what is important to you. Collect baseline measures, set personal goals and develop your action plans to develop new habits, track/assess progress, strengthen your body & cardio vascular system and manage stress. Stay accountable.
When? 26 1-hour sessions over 1 year, meet weekly 1st 6 months and then monthly for the 2nd 6 months
National Diabetes Prevention Program
$570 for 1 year
Who? If you are overweight 18 and older and have other risk factors for type 2 diabetes this evidence-based program run by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is highly effective at preventing a diagnosis of diabetes. If you have been told that your blood sugar is higher than normal (prediabetes) or you get a 5 or above on the risk test, this lifestyle program is for you.

What will I do? Set a weight loss goal and an activity goal. Determine baselines and progress through the CDC Prevent T2 sessions (26) with your DPP team to set action plans and practice behaviors that can edge your blood glucose to normal levels and prevent diabetes. Use behaviors to eat well, move more and manage stress. Stay accountable.

Healthy Plate Cooking Series
$360 for 8 sessions
Who? Those wanting to learn how to prepare easy, affordable, delicious, homecooked dishes and learn to create healthful meal plans for you and your family.
What will I do? Attend nutrition / cooking presentations and cooking demos (8). Discover how to follow a healthy dietary pattern consistently eat nutritious foods in amounts needed to meet your energy needs. Understand and practice creating healthy meal plans that support your Healthy Living. Receive the latest Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020-2025, the DASH cookbook as well as Healthy Plate Living favorite recipes. Make every Bite Count.
When? 8 1 ½-hour sessions
Health Coaches for Hypertension Control
$325 8 sessions
Who? Those who have high blood pressure, told that it is rising or have high blood pressure in your family and want to avoid it. High blood pressure is the leading risk factor for stroke, heart and kidney disease.
What will I do? Attend weekly sessions (8) of this evidence-based program from the Institute of Advanced Ageing, Clemson University. Understand high blood pressure then learn and practice with your team the steps that can lower your risk of disease. Set baseline and create action plans. Track and assess progress. Receive the latest Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020-2025, the DASH cookbook as well as Healthy Plate Living favorite recipes.

What will I do? Determine your body needs based on your activity and goals. Learn essential nutrients, feeding timing and weight control for your sport / activity. Practice and get your best outcomes.
